As a groom, I cannot recommend Toast enough. The photography/videography aspect of a wedding was not something that I was necessarily excited or ready for. Our Toast videographer made the process so easy; I barely even remembered seeing him because he just blended into the chaos, yet was able to capture all the important moments that resulted in a perfect representation of our wedding day. We were very pleased with the end product. Highly recommend!

Toast Weddings Pittsburgh is a family-owned, complete wedding media company specializing in photo, film, and social content creation. We are committed to inclusivity and serve couples of all backgrounds in metropolitan Pittsburgh areas and statewide.
Toast was founded by Zach & Callie, a husband and wife team.
Zach is a documentary cinematographer and producer known for the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning documentary, The Price of Free, with another 5 documentaries premiering at Tribeca Film Festival.
Callie, in addition to being an experienced wedding and travel photographer, has collaborated with some of the most renowned photographers globally, editing photos for the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and more.
Since 2014, we've been honored to capture over 3,000 weddings for incredible couples, winning Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire, Knot Hall of Fame and Knot Best of Weddings eight years in a row.
We pride ourselves on creating all of your wedding media as a collaboration, deeply valuing what matters most to you. We understand that we're not just capturing any event, we’re telling a love story that becomes a part of your family history, through multiple different mediums.
All aspects of your wedding media package (photo, film, and/or social content creation) are completely customizable. We encourage you to be as hands-on as you like, and we make it easy for you to help guide every aspect. Even after the first draft of your wedding film is delivered, you'll have complimentary rounds of edits to ensure your film is exactly what you envisioned.

any questions I had, they worked with me to help develop a plan and feel for what were looking for in our final video. The day of, our videographer worked great alongside our photographer and blended in to all the chaos, yet captured all the little moments. The final product was something we treasure and love to watch every time. One thing special with Toast is you get edits of the final product. They can add/takeaway scenes so your final video really is a reflection of all your favorite moments! I know this is not something that all videographers provide and really helped make our video personal to us and not just something that was copy and pasted together. Cannot recommend enough!

The communication with Gail from the moment we booked with Toast until the moment we received our final videos could not have been any better. Any questions we had were answered quickly and we worked together to setup the perfect timeline for our day. The highlight film brought our family and friends to tears as we were able to relive our day all over again. The editing process went so smoothly and it was nice knowing we played a small part in creating our final films. All of our special moments were captured in such a beautiful way. We feel so lucky to have the films to continue to look back on our wedding day for many years to come!

so a dream to work with! I can't imagine you can find a more friendly or understanding group. I think I changed my contract like 4 times and they were so nice and understanding. I've also never heard of a videographer letting you have edits. For my 6 minute film I could have two rounds of edits. The first draft was AWESOME, but I liked it so much I asked to pay for an additional minute to be added and provided additional details I'd want in it. When I got the second draft I was in love and didn't make any more changes. Again, I can't say enough good things.

Toast was flexible in customizing our payment plan too (after I was burned by another vendor, this was important to me to break out smaller monthly payments). The day of, I didn't even notice the videographer anywhere, but the footage is amazing. We have full video footage of the entire ceremony and all the special moments, plus a social media short clip AND a 6 minute edited clip which I love re-watching. The day went by so fast that the video footage is amazing to have, especially because it encompasses more moments than our photos do!
